RMIT Case Study

RMIT is one of Australia's original tertiary institutions. It was established in 1887 as the Working Men’s College with the aim of bringing education to the working people of Melbourne. RMIT University enjoys an international reputation for excellence in professional and vocational education, applied research, and engagement with the needs of industry and the community.

Lloyd's Register conducted training with PSG key stakeholders to ensure there was appreciation and understanding of the international standard, its audit requirements and how they specifically relate to their roles. A full project plan was developed to set key milestones and a gap analysis was scheduled ahead of time to ensure that the project maintained momentum.
